Michael called from Microsoft, India branch! I have unknowingly downloaded a malicious virus via my email, he passed me to Jake who was a Microsoft Technical expert. Jake reassured me everything was going to be OK and told me to look for the CTRL key on my lap top, then press the key with the 4 coloured windows flag on it. I couldn't find it so he suggested a different location, after stringing him on for 5 mins I explained that I only use Macs, have done for nearly 15 years and that the only malicious scammer was him, he hung up Be careful
