They're SUPPOSED to be a company that you have paid for who you call when you have any problems with your computer. They tell you to hit CTRL & "R" so that they can shadow your computer and fix your problem. They take complete control of your computer and get rid of virus', adware; unnecessary programs, etc. I paid for their services, but was told that the name of the company was AGILE. They DID help me a lot. This morning I got a call from this number from a man with a strong India accent (which they all have) and he said the the program they installed on my computer was no longer compatible and that they wanted to delete it and reimburse me my money. They will then offer you a different company to sign up with but after getting a virus after having this company, I don't want any part of them. I have a different company called Elite Care 4 U now helping me with my computer problems. All you have to do is to call them every month or 2 and they will shadow your computer and get rid of all of the bad stuff. So far, I'm happy with them. But, I'm still leary of anyone taking over my computer, but it beats taking your computer to Staples!! No wonder I got that virus, Agile or Right Help is a scam. I just hope I can get my money back like the man said. Be careful. DON'T keep your passwords in your computer. Write them all down in an address book like I do. |
