This number called my mother, saying her TV service was going down to £5 a month, but wanted credit card details and are going to ring back - I have no idea who this is
Called me saying my tv service was going down to £5 a month. As I have no service contract for my tv I knew it was a scam, and hung up.
'Richard' has rang my mother from this number today. He's told her that her tv service is going down to £5pm and wanted her bank details. I was getting bit suspicious wit the way she was responding and told her to hang up so she told him she had to go as was going out, he hung straight up. Needless to say he didn't get her details. I rang the number straight back and it wasn't accepting calls at that time. Be careful and.warn others, especially elderly people, not to give out any information over the phone to anyone.
Had phone call just now from foreign women who said I was paying £7 a month for my TV, I replied I don't pay anything for TV & she hung up. She also knew my name
