Telling my husband that the third party involved in a recent accident had accepted liability for the accident, but was claiming for being injured. Also telling my husband he could claim up to £2000 if he says he also had an injury. When is the world going to get that fraudulent claims such as this, that are pushing up the price of our Insurances and when are the regulators going to put a stop to these fraudulent practices that are followed by these injury claim lawyers!
