I have no idea what they are talking about -- perhaps it is a debt collector is the only thing I can think of. Note it was an "automated voice" and it did not identify "who" was calling. Dialed this number -- 1:27pm same day -- long time to answer. Person said this is the IRS, how can I help you. I said "really, this is the IRS?" He said this is the IRS. ( sounded like a call center in the background) I said "this is the IRS?" He hung up. Afterward I googled the phone number.
